A Filipino filmmaker from Quezon City, Philippines. Francis graduated in Far Eastern University in Manila with a BA in Communication degree. He started film making at the age of 20 when he joined the FEU film society in 2015. He became the FEU Film Society president in 2017. Now he is a freelance film maker who continues to learn from prominent senior film makers in the Philippine film industry and aims to become one of the prominent film makers of his generation.
